Dearest family and friends,

I love you. In case, I haven't said it enough lately, let me say it again here. I love you. I am blessed by your love. I am grateful beyond words to share my life with you. I am profoundly aware of how lucky I have been in this area of my life. The most important area.

I would acknowledge every one of you, but at this moment let me take a moment to thank in particular my two amazing husbands, Troy airshipjones and Lon uncledark. A person would be incredibly lucky to have one of you as a partner. To have both of you as my life partners is a joy beyond reconning. The way you have worked so hard to be the best of who you are is such a wonder to me. The generosity, understanding and support you provide is a miracle. I admire you both so much.

To my "biological" family as well -- my Mama Mary (redhatmary), my sisters Cassandra, Elizabeth and Angela (and their five daughters), to my cousin-sibs Tammy and Terry (and their wonderful partners and children), and my Aunt Janie -- WOW. I am continually amazed by your devotion, loyalty, acceptance and love for me and for each other.

To my old friends - some of whom I have known for half my life or more! Your continued love and loyalty gives me a kind of touchstone to ground myself. To know I am loved now, as I was years before, is a miracle that gives me faith in my future. I hope to be there for you as you have been for me.

To my new friends - thank you for having the trust and the generosity to bring me into your life. Getting to know you bring excitement and happiness.

To my son, my child of wonder - I see miracles in your eyes. I am the best of myself when I am with you. I am always awestruck by your love, intelligence and creativity.

To family who have died but live on in me -- my dad John, grandparents John & Juanita Davis, Aunt Dee & Uncle Jim, Cousin Susie. Your love has made me who I am. May I honor your memory by showing that love to others.

To the dozens of friends who lives touch mine before they left this world. Your friendship changed me. May I learn from every one of you to be a better friend.

A belated Happy Birthday dearest. I am so very glad you were born. And very grateful for the last seventeen and half years of friendship. Damn, I love you so very much.
