Fibro Flare-up!!!

Damn, damn, damn. My body feels like it was worked over by a baseball bat. Every joint and muscle aches deep, deep and strong. And I have to keep helping S pack. I have to drive on Monday. The "bed" I am sleeping on is no help, a hard futon. There is no place comfortable for my body here.

I spent time in meditation trance yesterday and this morning. Helped some. Hot baths and tea too. I have taken so much Motrin that my stomach is rebelling. The prescription is running out so I will have to find a Walgreens soon.

Seattle folks -- please come help us pack. I am worried that things are not going fast enough. I so very badly need to be home.

I could use a professional massage right now. Anyone know someone near Capital Hill in Seattle or willing to drive me to a massage therapist somewhere else?

Homesick and in pain. I really want to be home now.

The bittersweet news is after talking with ocicat so much about my novel, my brain is practically exploding with new inspiration. Problem is that I haven't the time to sit and write! ARRGH!

He sweet-- are you willing to consider a massage from garybear? He's not professional, but he is VERY good. If he's at home this weekend, he's probably willing to help out. He's good that way. :^)
