The Rabbits Died

Warren and Matilda are dead. They were our pet dwarf rabbits. I found them dead in their smaller hutch today. We had taken them out of the big one to clean it and put them in the smaller one on the ground. We think that maybe a cat clawed at them. They seemed intact. I really didn't want to look too closely. But they were both dead and stiff by the time we discoved anything wrong. They will be buried under the rose bush I am planting tomorrow. We will be giving their things to a friend who has a rabbit. No more pet rabbits for now at least.

We buried the bunnies today. Well, airshipjones did the actual work. I had already laid out the boundaries of the new garden before they died. Today he dug a hole in the new garden area and we planted a rose bush on top of the bunnies. Better than cut flowers. So the first plant in the new garden will be nourished by the bunnies.

I am okay now. At least I am awake and not in pain. I woke up with a migraine which would not let go all day even with medication. Finally went back to bed and slept until early evening. My sweeties and I had a good dinner. Now they are working on characters for the new role playing game. I am feeling restless but still low energy. I hate that combination. Maybe I can put it to work and get some writing done. I hope so.

Tomorrow I get to spend some time with cyan_blue. Then I get to go to see SERENITY with my sweeties and friends. Anyone joining us tomorrow?
