Rainy Days Make Me Cry

Am I the only one who hates rain?

It makes me shiver and shake in fear. Fear. I am not afraid of thunder and lightening. But rain. The sound on the roof even. Some people I know like the sound. Not me.

Rain in the Bay Area is cold. Cold, wet and dark. That is the day today. And it makes me want to go back to bed and hide under the covers. I do a lot of that in the rainy winters here. Just hide away until the sun returns.

Even with all the lights on, it is too dark. Even with the heat on, I am cold.

Spring can not come soon enough for me.

You're not alone. It doesn't scare me, but it makes me miserable. If we had, like, soft warm rain in summer I wouldn't mind, but cold winter rain? Makes me wanna cry.
