I will be out of town for the next ten days - Oct. 7-16.

airshipjones is attending a computer (scripts) conference in Seattle this Monday/Tuesday (Oct. 9-10). Meanwhile,

cyan_blue and I have been offered scholarships to the Building Bridges Conference nearby in Bellevue next weekend (Oct. 13-15).

So the plan is for

airshipjones and I to drive up tonight or tomorrow to the ranch near Seattle. We should arrive tomorrow sometime, depending on when we leave. It will be wonderful to visit with

ocicat,

lady_equine, and their friends.

Then

airshipjones will go to stay with

lokipup and

umuhk while attending the computer conference and then head back to California in time for a job interview on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, I will stay on at the ranch, write and visit people in the area. People in the Seattle area, do you want to see me? Let me know. Luckily, the ranch has wireless access, so I will be able to be online and stuff.

On Thursday

cyan_blue will drive up from California to Portland and stay with a friend there. Then she will join me in Seattle and we attend the Building Bridges Conference. On Sunday, we will head back down to Portland to have dinner with

redneck_queer. Then we hope to stay with a friend in Oregon before heading back to California the next day.
