Lungs Not Working Well Today

purplerabbitSo I am wheezing so loud I wake myself up when I sleep. Not to mention the problem with getting oxygen. Yeah, asthma again.
The trip to So Cal was great but there is a good reason I never applied to school or work down there. I just can't breath what passes for air in the LA area. It started slowly but by the last night the asthma was getting bad. I need to make an appointment to see my doc to get some more prednizone since I only have a couple of pills left. I want to go visit again too. So I will have to talk to my doctor about possible preventatives. I take Singulair but apparently it wasn't strong enough to counter the smog of LA.

Date: 2006-05-03 08:02 pm (UTC)I don't even have health issues and I couldn't breathe the one time I went to LA to see the Van Gogh exhibit. I don't know how people can stand it down there.
