Mead Brewing, Sat. Sept. 3
Sep. 2nd, 2005 03:08 pmJust a reminder that we are doing a day of mead brewing tomorrow. There were be lots to do and we always have fun. (Lunch provided for those helping.) We will be starting at noon and hope to have it completed by 4 or 5. The more help we have the faster it will go. We will be working on all three stages this time, so it is a good time to learn if you are interested.

This time we will be:
- Bottling 5 gallons of Cherry Mead
- Racking 10 gallons of Ginger Rose Vanilla Mead
- Starting 10 gallons of Blackberry Cin Mead
- Starting 10 gallons of Orange Blossom Mead
- Starting 20 gallons of Blood of Dionysos (Grape Mead). This will also include cleaning and stomping the grapes.

However, if it does turn out that I've got time, I'll drop by the Oakland House and pick up my equipment to bring along as well (it should still be in mostly-decent shape) and we can have extra equipment (at least one 5g carboy, couple of buckets, capper, rack, tubing).
