purplerabbitSilence. Quiet.
I am in a phase where I spend hours a day in silence. No music. No TV. No people. No desire to speak or be spoken to. Just quiet. My room is not sound proof but it is removed enough to be a nice retreat from the world. There are things I should do, people I should call, but I am so happy in my quiet space that it is hard to motivate myself to shatter the silence with sound. It is a peaceful retreat.
I don't feel sad or anti-social. Just not in the mood to reach out or interact with the world in any way that requires sound.
