Mead Brewing Day!

We will be brewing more mead soon. Actually, this particular occation will be unusual. Usually we only do one stage at a time. The stages include: 1) starting the batches, 2) racking on-going batches, and 3) bottling ready batches. This time we will actually be doing all three at once! We have one batch that is ready to bottle, we have two batches that need bottling and we need to start a half dozen or so batches. So if you want to see all the phases of mead brewing in one day, this would be a good time to come help. We will be starting at noon, Saturday, Sept. 3. Let us know if you want to join us.
