Mixed Blessings

purplerabbitOne of those good news, bad news days...
Got my blood which means that the PMS symptoms are starting to shift in to the menstrual symptoms, like cramps. Heat wave seems to have passed and that with my blood flow seems to be lessen the FM symptoms. Less joint pain, except for the lower abdomen.
I also saw my chiropractor Saturday, which helped a lot. I hadn't been in in months because of money but after hearing from a friend why I had not come in, he insisted that I was not to worry about that but come in anyway.
School started up next door. The damn whistles are back. Especially hate the 8 AM crossing guard who seems to think the whistle should be nearly constant -- right outside my bedroom window! Wore ear plugs last night in anticipation but they fell out. Got to get better ones.
Had a restful and happy day with my two sweeties yesterday. We puttered around cleaning up after the ritual.![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
redhatmary did all of the dishes from the ritual/party before the guys even woke up. Isn't she amazing? Nice to have a Pagan mother who supports her daughter's choices. Somedays I forget just how special that aspect of my life is.
Have not been able to speak to Rowan since he returned to Iowa. Our ex dropped their land line and isn't returning cell phone calls. I gotta send a letter in the meantime.
I have some social stuff this week, therapy and chiro appointments and some financial work to do. Other than that, I am going to try to keep the stress levels down as much as possible. I have a good idea where chapters 16-18 are going, so I am optimistic about getting more writing done.
Did I mention the best news? I have amazing friends and family.
