Why doesn't she visit?

It has come to my attention that many people do not understand why I don’t come to their house or otherwise travel more. Some have even decided that it is some type of selfishness on my part where I make everyone come to me.

Do folks really want to know the real reasons behind my partial isolation? They aren’t pretty and they are hard to explain, but if you really want the answer and will be willing to read them, I will try to explain.

Problem is that I don’t know if people really want the answer or are willing to read the long explanation that would be needed. If you are willing to read it, I will try to write it. Please let me know.

I would hope you would be giving the explanation because you choose to and not because of some feeling of guilt or coercion on the part of others. In any case, I am always willing to read what you have to share. =)

Hey, speaking of visiting, I was thinking of MAYBE bringing my brood up to see you tomorrow... well, today when you see this. I have a couple of mother's day presents, one for Mary and one for you. I'm trying to get Thomas to take me to birthday lunch at IKEA, but I don't know if I'll succeed. Anyway, let me know! :)
