I'm really sorry that things have been stressful, and that yesterday was particularly draining. I agree... I have no idea why yesterday sucked. *hugs*
Just a quick word of advice here: I *highly* suggest that you lock posts/make them friends-only when it comes to discussing legal issues or those involved in a legal action. I have knowledge that lawyers do and will research livejournal -- even though the content is mostly not indexed on search engines -- to find information that may help their client's case. It's already happened to two people I know, and using a nickname is no guarantee they won't find you.
