July is Harry Potter Month!

fairieboy, thebostondyke and I are going to see HARRY AND THE POTTERS TO PERFORM IN FREMONT!
JULY 3, 2007, TUESDAY, 7:00 p.m to 8:30 p.m, Fremont Central Park, 40000 Paseo Padre Parkway Fremont, CA 94538.
As part of the Alameda County Library’s celebration of the release of the final Harry Potter book, Harry and the Potters will perform their one and only East Bay Wizard Rock Concert in Fremont. This event is absolutely free and will be held at the new outdoor concert pavilion in Central Park (40000 Paseo Padre Parkway, Fremont), near the Fremont Main Library on Tuesday, July 3 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. All ages are welcome to attend this unique event co-sponsored by the Alameda County Library, the City of Fremont and the Fremont Cultural Arts Council. Due to their enormous popularity, the evening will be quite an event. The band promises to “rock the faces off all the wizards and muggles in the area!”
Next week, on Wednesday, July 11,thebostondyke and I will be going to the movie release of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix - 10:15 PM, Wed., July 11, at the Union City Theatre. thebostondyke and I have our tickets and will be waiting in the line before hand!
And again on Friday, July 13,fairieboy, uncledark, and I will to see it the movie Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix at the IMAX Theatre, Regal Hacienda Crossing Stadium 20 in Dublin, CA. We have tickets booked for the 4:15 PM showing and would love it if folks wanted to wait in line with us before hand and see the show!
On Friday, July 20th,fairieboy, uncledark, airshipjones and I will be joining godmoma and her family at Bookshop Santa Cruz for the book release party of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows (7th book in the series).
