Another Passing -- Fritz Klein

A friend and colleague died today.

  It is with great regret and fond memory that I must let you know that our beloved Fritz Klein passed away Wednesday morning, May 24, following a cardiac arrest at home. Fritz underwent surgery several weeks ago for a cancer-related blockage, and in the past week seemed to be on the upswing and his spirits were high. He had been out to the movies with me Tuesday and his passing was unexpected, and quick with no suffering.

  At the moment, plans are being made per his wishes for a big party in San Diego to celebrate his life, and information will go out as soon as possible.

  Fritz, himself a medical doctor, chose to have his body donated to science. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to San Diego's Diversionary Theater, a nonprofit organization near and dear to him.

Home Safe and Kittened

So I arrived home safe today. I am currently sitting with a month old kitten on my shoulder and another on airshipjones. We rescued three kittens are now bottle feeding them.

We are keeping the gray one we have named Cinder, and the black&brown one, "Patches" went home with fuzzydragon & family. We can only keep one so if there is anyone who would like a beautiful little seal point kitten, let us know.
