Home again...

We got back this afternoon. We had a wonderful trip. Comfortable at home again but looking forward to more adventure again. I will try to write more about the trip later. Must sleep now.

Lungs Not Working Well Today

So I am wheezing so loud I wake myself up when I sleep. Not to mention the problem with getting oxygen. Yeah, asthma again.

The trip to So Cal was great but there is a good reason I never applied to school or work down there. I just can't breath what passes for air in the LA area. It started slowly but by the last night the asthma was getting bad. I need to make an appointment to see my doc to get some more prednizone since I only have a couple of pills left. I want to go visit again too. So I will have to talk to my doctor about possible preventatives. I take Singulair but apparently it wasn't strong enough to counter the smog of LA.
