What are you listening to now? Sayz Me has been reading me other folks’ livejournals. Also, Simon & Garfunkel because I enjoyed their concert last night.

If you were a crayon what color would you be? Metallic purple
How is the weather right now? Cold rainy. Prefer clear and warm.
Last person you talked to on the phone? Can’t remember.
The first thing you notice about the opposite sex? Is there an opposite sex when you are a multi-gendered being? What is the opposite of a fag boy in a woman’s body? Would that be a butch dyke in a man’s body? Hey, that works for me. Meanwhile, I guess the point here for me is that I am attracted to and notice people who in someway give off multiple gender cues.
Do you like the person who sent this to you? Yes.
How are you today? Tired but happy. My life is improving. I have more energy than I have in a while and while the pain is there, it seems to be in manageable levels. I am reaching out and up again.
Favorite Drink? Hot Earl Grey tea with hazelnut creamer.

Favorite sports? It doesn’t take special shoes, though they can make it interesting. J
Hair Color: Light brown with blond touches and new silvery strands.
Eye Color: Sky blue with a dark blue ring.
Do you wear contacts? Sometimes. I usually save them for when I am dressing up.
Siblings: Bio: 3 younger - Cassandra, Elizabeth, Angela. Bio-adoptive: my cousins Tammy and Terry who are my "big" sister and brother. Adoptive: younger brother Michael Easton (died 10+ years ago) and current "friend-sisters" such as Rachael & Yvonne and "friend-brother" Michael.
Favorite month: May was always my favorite but it is also the most difficult. For example in May 1996, I received my Masters degree, my first book contract and the birth of my son, Rowan all in one month. Yet, my Dad died May 31st 1975 and I was assaulted May 31st 1998. So I guess it is great until the end.
Favorite food: Chocolate & Raspberry.
Last Movie you watched? Finding Nemo. Very cool and will have to buy it.
What book are you reading? I am usually reading half a dozen or more at once. I am reading a time-travel Scottish highlander romance series and several non-fiction books at the moment including one on the history of Harbin Hot Springs and another on evolution debates.
Favorite day of the year? Any day I have my family together. Especially if surrounded by other loved ones. If I had to pick a calendar date it would probably be Yule night.
Are you too shy to ask someone out? Never use to be. Now, definitely. Been so long since I went out regularly that I am out of practice. Would like to change that but feeling like I don’t know how to start. I don’t even know who would be interested right now. I am that clueless.
Summer or Winter? Summer. Love sunshine. Solar powered, that’s me. Though I do like the holidays in the winter. Favorite time of year is usually spring.

What is on your mouse pad? No mouse pad. I am freed of such. I have a track ball, which allows me to rest my hand on the arm of my recliner, my lap, the cat, whatever.

What did you do last night? I had the rare and wonderful privilege of taking my mom and my sweeties to the Simon and Garfunkel concert with tickets I got through barter!
Favorite Smell? The natural scents of my child, my husbands, my mother. I am very much a person who scent-bonds. Outside of the smell of those I love, it is probably gardenia, lavender.

What inspires you? Intellectual ideas and the power of people to grow.
Buttered, plain or salted popcorn? Lots of butter, some salt. Prefer popped not nuked.
Favorite flower? For scent, gardenia. For appearances, anything purple!
What is the first thing you think of when you wake up in the morning? On a good day, snuggling my sweeties. On a bad day, pain and how to stop it. Most days, both.
