I'm Back Home
I guess I should let folks know we made it home safely.

fairieboy to the Seattle airport Sunday afternoon and put him on the plane back to Iowa. It was difficult for many reasons. Yeah, I know it was the right thing and so did he. It was still upsetting to loose eight days together.
Thencyan_blue drove the car to Portland where we had dinner with redneck_queer, then left her to visit with friends there. uncledark and I then drove straight through, taking turns every few hours. We arrived home at 6 AM, unloaded the car and then crashed. He had to get up and go to work a few hours later. I slept later and then spent the day being pretty quiet. Monday are my quiet days and the unexpected absence of my boy has left me feeling pretty empty. Not much else to say at this point. Just really not feeling happy or outgoing.
