Just writing that first paragraph I have been "buzzed" (intercom) by mom two times. Once to see a blue jay and another time to adjust a pillow.
Before I even read the rest of the post...now would be an excellent time to start setting up some caretaker boundaries. The bluejay buzz is--IMO--not acceptable. You and Lon and Troy have so, so much going on...I'd suggest y'all have a talk with Mary, now that you're starting to settle into a pattern, and talk about what is okay to ask for and what isn't. That's something chiefted and I should have done when I was first injured and he spent a year waiting on me hand and foot, and we didn't, and we're still dealing with severe resentment repurcussions.
